FOR STUDENTS

Our approach to working with students draws on positive psychology and recognising the power of the mind.

We work with children/students aged between 7 and 16 to guide them to acknowledge their strengths and focus on how they think about things with the aim of improving their ability to navigate through everyday bumps in the road of life and improve their overall happiness.  

Our G.R.O.W for kids program focuses on helping students in four main areas: 

 

  1. Gratitude -  Understanding what gratitude is and how to adopt an attitude of gratitude throughout life. 

  2. Reslience - We look at what resilience is, why it is an important life skill and strategies to increase resilience. 

  3. Optimism - We consider the benefits of adopting a glass half full mentality and how it changes your perspective on life and strategies to do so. 

  4. Worthiness - Children often have a negative view of their self worth, we focus on improving self worth through working through personal strengths and addressing negative self talk.

The G.R.O.W program is available to schools and across Brisbane to groups of up 8 to 16 students  upon demand.

Coaching for Kids

Drawing on our G.R.O.W program, we work with children aged between 7 and 16 requiring one on one coaching. 

We specialise in the following areas: 

  • Building resilience

  • Self Esteem 

  • Mindfulness

  • Positive Thinking

  • Communication Skills

  • Healthy Relationships 

  • Healthy Mind and Body

Coaching sessions are offered preferably face to face however for children aged 12 and over, phone and skype coaching sessions can be arranged.
