One on One Programs

Our Aspire program is a personalised program designed for those who want to stop procrastinating and get started on taking control of their lives and overall wellness. 

Working one on one with one of our coaches (face to face, phone or skype) the inspire program includes the following: 

  • Initial Wellness Assessment to identify personal wellness priority areas and motivation levels for addressing each

  • 3 x 1 hour wellness coaching sessions with one of our qualified coaches

  • Wellness resources and tools to support you through your wellness wellness journey

 

  • A wellness vision and action plan to keep you on track  

Pinnacle Program
Aspire Program 

Our Pinnacle program is a personalised coaching service designed for those who require additional support in identifying and working towards their wellness vision and goals. The Pinnacle Program builds on our Aspire program by provding additional coaching sessions to ensure you are well on your way to achieving success. 

Working one on one with one of our coaches (face to face, phone or skype) the inspire program includes the following: 

  • Initial Wellness Assessment to identify personal wellness priority areas and motivation levels for addressing each

  • 6 x 1 hour wellness coaching sessions with one of our qualified coaches

  • Wellness resources and tools to support you through your wellness wellness journey

 

  • A wellness vision and action plan to keep you on track  

Group Coaching Programs

Finding Balance 

Do you feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of things that you need to do? Are you in a constant state of rushing? Are you worried about burning yourself out? 

 

Our finding balance group coaching program may be the answer. 

 

This program is offered both virtually and face to face on a regular basis in small groups to ensure you get the most out of it. 

This program is offered over 70 days with participants meeting virtually once a fortnight for 90 minutes in addition to 2 x 15 minute personal laser coaching calls throughout the program.  

Program Outline: 

  • Week 1 - Current State

  • Week 2 - Using your strengths to your advantage

  • Week 3 - Values alignment

  • Week 4 - Developing a personal vision

  • Week 5 - Taking it forward

  • Week 6 - Self care and priorities

 

Personal Wellness 

Wellness is about more than the absence of disease.

 

Our finding wellness program looks at wellness from a holistic perspective and helps you identify your wellness priorities.

 

This program is offered over 90 days with participants meeting virtually once a fortnight for 90 minutes in addition to 2 x 15 minute personal laser coaching calls throughout the program.  

 

 Program Outline: 

  • Week 1 - What is wellness? 

  • Week 2 - Identifying your wellness priorities. 

  • Week 3 - Creating a personal wellness vision

  • Week 4 - Understanding wellness dimensions

  • Week 5 - Personal accountabilty. 

  • Week 6 - You are in control.
